2. Products and Pricing

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors and appearance may differ slightly because of your screen settings. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. If we find a pricing or product information error, we may correct it and, if needed, cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel orders, for example in cases of suspected fraud, unavailable stock or errors. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, areas and fees are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss for the product passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, because we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including our 14-day money-back guarantee.

6. Product Use and Safety

Our products are household kitchen appliances. Read the instructions before first use and follow them. Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children, and do not use it for anything other than its intended purpose.
