Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Milkly purchase. If you are not, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

How to request a return
Email us at support@milkly.shop with your order number. Please do not send the item back before we approve the return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Change of mind
If you changed your mind, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return shipping cost. We refund the item price after we receive the item.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video showing the problem. We will replace the item or refund you in full at our cost, including return shipping if a return is needed.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to show it. Shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
