Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship from a warehouse in the United States. Shipping is free on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–8 days after processing. You will get an email with tracking details when your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Problems with delivery
If your order has not arrived after 12 days, or tracking shows a problem, email support@milkly.shop with your order number.
